Ran at the dragstrip last night...

only 3 runs, no 60' to brag about but consistent 11.1's at 126.

Beat an R1, R6 and GSX750. The zook was the closest race...

that mph is good for a 600. also the 11.1 aint to shabby for a little bike! so what was your best 60"? 1.8?weee

Ran 1.8's and 1.9's. I only made three passes before my headlight (flashlight taped on) burned out. With a bit more seat time it would be in the 10's.

It's not a drag bike and I didn't change a thing on it for the strip: (I was able to stop faster than the other guys too ;))

M4 full race exhaust with Ti can wrapped
Woodcraft rearsets
Yoyo-dyne frame savers
Woodcraft clip-ons

My 600RR is stock but I would love to learn to launch like that. Would I burn out the clutch trying to learn?

no...just rev her to 9k, release the clutch till it's making you hold the bike with your legs, drop the clutch.

reactions were consistent .05-.09 too. (might have helped ;))
