I sent in my smx-plus's for some new zippers because one was broken and the other I didn't trust anymore.
Called them up, got an RMA, sent them in and they sent them back Fixed and Free of Charge!

yeah, the boots have been through hell. 500 foot sliding at one pint, a couple little lowsides, a highside, broken chain resulting in 6 miles of walking in them and laslty about 20,000 miles of great use.
Wouldn't part with them so I got them fixed.

That's good to hear....I just bought a pair of A* SMX plus boots from Spoolin over on .net. I've only worn them once, but they felt great and they are in like new condition.

you'll love them boots. I have some sidi vertigo's also and the a*'s are far better bang for the buck imo.

Wonder if i could send in my teknic leathers to get a zipper fixed? there old though. I may give them a call and find out.
