As you may recall, I bought the SV that was bit by the Dragon on our trip.

I worked on it today with Pete (The guy that crashed it)
I need to do a little fine tuning and tweaking, but it rides nice. There was a lot of stiction in the forks, but riding it has made that a lot better.
The brakes need a bit more bleeding, but it was fun to get on and ride it finally. Lisa is going to love it once I get it lowered for her.

Pete and I ended up swapping out all the internals of the 00 forks as well as the sliders, and put them onto the 2004 fork tubes. This included swapping over the Race Tech Springs and emulators, and damper rods, etc.
Lots of "special tools" were used, hehehehe.

Good move Resecit8u.

This is the wife's bike unfortunately, not for my track use. This one does have all Race Tech internals in the front and a Fox shock in the rear though. I had originally wanted it for a track bike, but the Mrs. decided she would rather have this than the Shadow I bought her. So Pete has the Shadow now.
