These look decent to me but I was feeling less braking power this last track day. I'm changing the fluid but is it time for new pads too?

how do they look on the pad part that is on the disk? did you take them out and look at them?

they look like the may hev got too hot and polished. I would take them out and take a look.

They look plenty thick to me. I would scuff up the pads and rotors and ride it. That always helps for me.

They look a little worn to me, I have experience with pads up close. Navy, you should look into the race pads for your 600rr, much better for the track. Operate at highter temperatures than the street, but have a nice bite to them.

A few good dabs of high quality grease on the pads and a little on the rotors will have you flying around the track.

the thickness is good, but as max said, they might be "glazed"

The race pads are harder and will wear your rotors quite a bit faster. But if you're working on track times, like you are, you should really notice a difference!
Glad you got my joke.

worn rotors are an excuse to switch to lighter ones :)

they look good from the pics. like said before, maybe glazed or you wouldn't have a little drop of air in the break lines would you. make sure you bleed them good when you change the fluid.
