le5trung4hieu 07-04-2006, 01:25 PM There is no stolen man !
I have a 2006 CBR1000RR, 2004 CBR600RR, etc...
In my country, You cannot hide your stolen superbike :-D.
I have VIN number.
What will I do now ? What address can I send any request ?
Truck 07-04-2006, 01:37 PM OK now for some usefull information. I dont know if the 6 is like the 954 but if it is then what you have to do is remove the switch and the key number is under that. The vin # wont do you any good as they dont use the vin# for the key code. Like I said i dont know if they have changed that or not but I went through the same thing on the 954 and thats what i had to do.
le5trung4hieu 07-07-2006, 07:26 AM If I have that number. What next ? Do you have a address ? Thank you.
Truck 07-07-2006, 06:55 PM Call the dealer and see if they can cut you a new key with the number. If not then ask them if they know of another dealer or a locksmith that has the die that will a new key for you.

Courtjester 07-10-2006, 11:38 AM Can you give me a advice ?
Thank you.
1. get full coverage insurance on it.
2. take off all the body pnls and pretty parts as well as levers, rear sets, clip ons, pipe, etc.
3. load bike on open trailer without a drop gate
4. have a buddy pull the trailer down a quiet road late at night and get up some real speed
5. push the bike off the trailer
6. go home and go to bed
7. wake up the next morning and report it stolen
8. collect on the insurance
9. sell the extra parts you kept on e-bay
10. buy a new bike with all of your new found cash
best advice i could give ya man.
good luck.

Courtjester 07-11-2006, 10:38 AM get ahold of a motorcycle junk yard and buy a new ignition with the triple clamp. it'll be a few hundred buck. just pull the tank and the air box, unplug the wire, pull the triple, and put it all back together.
bartbakkers 07-14-2010, 02:56 PM I am from the Netherlands and I know a company in the Netherlands that can log blanco keys to your ECU unit when you have lost all your HISS keys.
I believe that you only have to send your ECU unit and a blanco key (you can buy at your Honda dealer).
But call or mail them to be sure!

Good luck! Bart
Hanukkah 01-15-2012, 10:33 PM I do generate keys from your ecu. But you will need to have it keyed to turn your ignition lockset.
Contact me if you need to ask anything about Honda HISS.
