Hopefully there isn't alread a million threads on this.

I'm looking to buy an exhaust becuase mine is scuffed. I want a high-mount slip on and I don't want it to be loud and raspy. I like how the Yosh sounds, but I'm not familiar with the others. These are all the manufacturers I have found that make high mounts.

Hindle
Arrow
M4
Scorpion
Ti-Force
2 Bros
Yosh
Devil

Any suggestions? Thanks

Out of all you're choices I would go Two bro's on a Honda. The sound is friggin awesome, but dont get that gay X metal canister. nasty..

Hindle sounds good too, but its made by Canadians, no thanks..A.. LOL

Some others have Devil, but frankly I think the canister is too skinny in my opinion. I am used to girth! lol

Ditch them all and use an Akra. Sounds perfect.. Awesome contruction and build quality

Yeah I like the Akra stuff, but I don't think they make a high mount :(

No Akra don't make high mount but I would agree that Two bro's stuff is nice and sound good I spoke to a Two bro's rep he said x-metal meant that the material was dipped in nickel so I went with just carbon I don't know what the advantage of being dipped in nickel is

full Hindle

can't find a better "bang for your buck" full exhaust system. i know you're not looking for a full, but it's not much more than a slip on. my 2 pennies

The shortest distance between two points is a straight line..

High mounts look all clustered and the pipe bends 4 different ways, possibly restricting flow? I like the straight out bolt on ( standard mount). Some of those companies look like a monkey bent the pipes on the hight mount, aside from Two brothers.. I think theirs looks quite nice, but I like standard mount. To each his own

On the list you have there id go with the scorpion. They acually used to own akrapovic and gives a lifetime warranty.
Of course if you dont like the raspy sound and you want a softer warm tone that actually makes power then id recomend the micron. Now that i have a akra on there i can tell you i definately like the tone of the micron maybe even a little better. The akra sounds like a indy 500 car. The micron sounds...............well kinda like a good set of flowmasters on my v8.

Very true!

I myself have had both Micron and Akra. I like my Mustang to sound like a V8 though and my bike to sound clean and smooth, Indy 500 style!

I can see that, true true however im not definate on either as i like em both. Id say if something ever happens to the akra then ill probably go back to the micron. I dunno its a tuff call.

Leo Vince has a very nice carbon high mount. Had one on my last 954 and loved it. Sounded awesome. Another question is this. Are you looking for a mount that runs along the bottom of the rear fairing, or just a high exit? I currently have the high exit Arata full system and it's killer.

Thanks all. Good info. Power definately isn't an issue as this is my 1st bike over 600cc and I feel I have plenty for now. I'm a little scared of pipes because I rode a F4 with a D&D pipe for 2 years. I still have a headache from that

Yeah I want the one that runs under the bottom of the fairing. My last bike was a 600RR. I really liked the tucked away exhaust
