Ive been looking at the icon tarmac jackets whats your take on them?

although i have no experience with ICON jackets (for they dont make TALL!), i have had two pairs of their gloves, and a helmet. all of them were CRAP! the helmet's vents did not stay open, plus the paint chipped off really easily. i currently have a pair of their cheaper gloves, and after like 2 months, and 4k miles, they are already worn through in a few places on the palm and finger tips. i also have a pair of their titanium gauntlets. and although i love them for the winter, as well as the coolness of them, (NO ONE will mess with you with those on. trust me, i have tried), the velcro kept ripping off them. i replaced them twice from the store i got them, and the third time i sewed the velcro on myself, before even wearing them, and they finally have lasted about a year of very light use.
but anyway, my friend nick has one of their titanium jackets, and he complains about it. their shit is just poorly made!
i wouldn't buy anything else from them, ever.
buy something else! there are hella jacket manufacturers out there man!
