No I didn't fall it only slipped a little....
Got a question on this...
I know that a front tire washes cause the traction isn't there but....
What causes it? Too much weight up front into the turn? Or not enough up front?
Or it can be both....
Need some help in figuring out why..

depends if the turn dips and if the pavement is smooth but normally it's when the front tire gets loaded like in a let off of the throttle in a hard leaned turn.
Another way it's happened to me is coming in too hot and a bit too agressive of a dive in lean to the side and that itself loads the front that wee bit too much to have it wash.
I've recovered from them by entering the turn with a way out if it washes and if it does I weigh the outside peg slightly and gas it to unload the front from excessive weight and lean 'cause we all should know that if you brake or gas in a turn the bike wants to stand up from the gyroscopic effect of the wheels turning.
I give it and let the baby dance beneath me within compliant composure. If you resist the whip you will get thrown.
Mostly I have broke the rear loose just a tad to right it (the wash's way to turn into a low or high side) and with a steady hold of throttle using accel or decel when and how muchas needed.
That has me many recovers vs. sheesss... about 6 or so mixed low and high sides...
boy... you should have seen the last full right to full left kick outs after a power slide I just had the other day. way wicked :D
You guys think tank slappers are something. HAHAHA Try both the front and rear doing the mamba...lol
had a couple of them on the 954 and the supe hawk and the night hawk and the cb750f super sport and the rm250 and the yz 250 and the cr125 and the ltd454 and the and the and the.... LOL
Fucking enrgizer bunny dammit! hahah
You didn't get hurt or anything, eh? 4passin?
sometimes I get pulled muscles from the whips...

Just remember that youre throttle will save youre ass if youre front starts sliding. Not only will it unload the front but it will also help turn the bike. You gotta watch out for oil on the road cause it isnt a race track where everything is clean, its dirty with all kinds of oil expecially in the middle of the road. The other thing can be that you could be comming in too hot and not loading the front before going to full lean angle so youre front tire isnt set and digging in before you load the crap out of it, this will cause it to slide very easy, for instance go down the road at 30 mph and just reach up and grab a handfull of brake and I guarentee the front will start to slide, but if you grab a little brake then mash it youll endow, same difference when entering a curve hot.

No the wash was minor when it comes to the injury scale.
I was curious as to what caused it. I want to avoid it in the future.
I was practicing my rights at about 20-25mph, in a full lean in a parking lot. After about the 10th circle the speed was higher and the front awashed ever so slightly. I felt it tuck then I tried to pull it in without incident.
I was just trying to get to the root so I could take the same turn faster.
The lot isn't the smoothest, but throttle control should have been steady.
Thanks for the reply, I thin I will try to take some weight off of the front and bring it over teh pegs more.

4passin... Do you remeber when the gnt bldr got taken out by a tiny pebble last year... lol
I let off the throttle less than a wee bit and I lowsided and watched my bike spin away from me as a cartwheeled to my feet to chase it. suer squidlydome but I wa practicing going in circle in a buisness loading dock lot.
If I had a clean trajection (sp?) to give a super tiny bit of gas to right it I would have been taken out by two different objects...
so I let it go into a 20ft slide. hahaha
just saying that if you want to practice make sure you have an out available.

LOL- no I don't remember.
Yeah we are in a huge parking lot, as for the out, yeah it is falling, not to worried about that. The parking lot is not the best paed, but it does the job.
I am in full leathers and trying to get the knee down.
I'm not worried about falling, the speed is slow enough not too much will happen, plus I am all geared out.
You all have seen my last video of my wheelie gone bad....

yup... a doosey that was
I was in full leathers too and it was like a wrestling roll that looks like a gorillas cartwheel... was able to roll right onto my feet and run after the sliding spinning bike...lol
