Hello all, my 02 954 is dripping some coolant from these areas. Am I safe to assume this is my water pump? Is it possible its a gasket or am I looking at a new waterpump? Its leaking from the bottom and somewhere behind the pump that I cannot see.

any advice would be welcomed as the only wrench I have turned on this was a bolt on Akra, LOL.

make sure the area where the hose goes onto is clean and use some steal wool on it along with in the inside of the hose because it may be leaking out the backside of the hose and then down the water pump housing.
Maybe it's even the water pump housing gasket or even the drain bolt crush gasket.
I highlu doubt it's the waterpump though

I agree, kind of strange for it to be going bad after 15k miles..
Thanks

Mine was leaking for I little while, I just tightened all of the hose clamps on the radiator hoses.
