a valid complaint and the plastic tank cover sucked big time on the 600rr I rode... I use the tank as a tool and when it would collapse here and there due to squeezing or having a thigh rest on it was enough to give me another thing to think about when techniquing. hahaha

When I was on the 1000rr at the show that tank didn't seem as flimsy as the 600.

That clear stuff looks aight. something to try before getting the paint wearing tank bra of the norm...

My wife's cousin has that slear bra shit on his Porsche 911. Can't hardly tell its there. Muck better looking that the regular bra or tank cover or what have you.
