Is there more power gains, and does it make that suction noise, like it would go faster?

What did you go with K&N or BMC? Where do I get it at for the best prices?

Mine is k&n. As far as the price im not sure. I got mine gave to me by the dealer that i bought my bike from.

I hear you get better air flow with BMC. K&N is cheaper alternative of replacing the stock air filter and getting better air flow. The filter is much thinner, but some say you lose power with an aftermarket air filter.

the tests have shown that the OEM filter is more than adequate....the only one close to performing as well is the BMC.

you could get approx. 2 HP gain.

How often do you change your filter? My bike has almost 30k miles. Should I replace with an OEM filter or a K&N filter.

IMO replace it with an OEM or a standard BMC (not the race for it lets too many particles come through)

I have heard too many things that the K$N doesn't do as god as theOEM and that the BMC actually has helped some riders.

The BMC race is very good, you do have to clean it more often though. The K&N actually will cost you power over stock, don't do it. I picked up 2 with the BMC's and driveability improved dramatically.
