New Service Manual Download
This is for the 2004-2005 1000RR. This particular manual is special in that the table of contents is hyperlinked-click the section you want and go right there. It requires a copy of Adobe Acrobat to view it, as it is in pdf format.
This file is 327 mb. I will host this on my own server as long as I can. With a file this size, it will eat bandwidth like candy. That is why I am hosting it myself rather than putting it on the site server at first. I expect with it being a new version of the manual, everyone is going to want to upgrade to this version.
If you would like to make a donation towards covering the bandwidth, send what you wish via paypal to resuscit8u@charter.net

Re: New Service Manual Download
all you have to do is buy it. It is not like it does not exist.
That is the key for being able to get it copied and posted online, someone does have to purchase it first.

I have downloaded it and re-posted it on my site along with the '05 Owners manual. I have a ton of space and bandwidth at my disposal, and will be happy to post whatever documentation others send (as long as there isn't any legal liability associated ). To limit crosslinking outside this forum, I have password protected the download links, so just drop me a PM for the access. Thanks for the post, and I'll be sending along my donation for your efforts.
Cheers,
C.

Re: New Service Manual Download
Hi,
I have seen that you put the Service Manual 2004-2005 but it's not available anymore. Can someone provide me this service manual?
Regards,
Eric

Re: New Service Manual Download
Hopefully, this will be helpful to someone.
http://freemotorcyclemanuals.net - (a bit of a pain in the ass, it directs to other websites that have free manuals, download speeds are slow, but I managed to get what I wanted). Free is Free, even if it did take time. They have over 400 Manuals for about 10 makes.
http://repairmanualclub.com/motomanuals - Went through a process for about 10 minutes and then realized I needed to pay per download. It's is only 5 bucks a download, but 5 bucks is 5 bucks. Still, nice site, easy to use.
http://www.themotorbookstore.com/mot...e-manuals.html - This is not for Instant Download, but they have a huge range of manuals. A but pricey, especially when you consider the Post and Packing.

Re: New Service Manual Download
Hello,
I know this thread is old, but I just recently bought an '04 CBR100rr and had a hell of a time finding a service manual. I looked everywhere and every link i tried didnt work or the download said the file was corrupt. I finally found a website that had the manual for free and just wanted to share that way if anyone is having a hard time finding it. This website has alot of manuals for all types of bikes.
www.carlsalter.com
The download took a little while, but it did work.
Thanks

Re: New Service Manual Download
the 04-07 CBRs were pretty much the same; i've been using the 04-05 manual for my 06, and so far haven't run across anything different with respect to servicing the bike and whatnot
